Doctoral researcher

An Outtier graduated medical school at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2015 and started working as the study physician for the IBD clinical trial team of the University Hospitals Leuven. Our IBD clinical team is currently involved in around 25 actively recruiting studies for patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Since 2022 she is also performing a doctoral research around improving clinical trials for inflammatory bowel diseases under supervision of prof. Marc Ferrante.
